Marketplace Exchange is a new regular article of One-To-One magazine. This section features teaching and interviews with professionals from all walks of life who utilize biblical principles to help them succeed and be an example in the marketplace. Featured interviews incorporate and answer questions submitted from One-to-One and it's readership.

Our goal is to bring encouragement, practical teaching, resources and a global perspective to professional men and women in their job situation. Here we will endeavor to reinforce the biblical views of excellence, stewardship, sowing and reaping, servanthood, and leadership among others. This effort continues the theme of “Extending the Kingdom one person at a time,” but with an emphasis of doing this in the marketplace. Part of the CSM mission has been to teach biblical principles that can be applied in the marketplace, such as “Christ's Kingdom in the Marketplace”, “The Servant as Leader” and, “Christ the Entrepreneur.”

Now, with Marketplace Exchange, we are stepping out further into the area of marketplace ministry and encouraging the Church to see beyond its walls. While the primary outlet for Marketplace Exchange has taken place in One-to- One magazine, we have a vision for the further development of resources including audio and video teaching through internet facilitation.
